Revenue Accountant

We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to complete routine revenue, accounts receivable, reporting and accounting assignments and projects utilizing professional accounting skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining AR, cash application, credit/debit memos
• Preparing revenue reports
• Assisting in establishing customer credit limits.  Interaction with customers regarding credit terms
• Assisting in account reconciliations, analysis, monthly close
• Assisting in preparing sales and use tax returns and monthly commission calculations

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or other business field with1-3 years related experience
• Demonstrated understanding of GAAP
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate results
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize to meet commitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting systems (Oracle)
