Technical Support Representative

Our HPLC Products and Services group has an immediate opening for an high-energy professional to assist in providing excellent technical support for ESA's HPLC-based products. In this highly visible position based in Chelmsford, MA, you will be the primary contact for customer support calls.  This is primarily an in-house position.  Some travel may be required (less than20%).

Qualifications include:
  • Prior experience supporting scientific/analytical instrumentation
  • BS degree in a life science – e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology
  • Understanding of HPLC techniques/software
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal
  • The ability to take the initiative and work independently
