• Respond to customer questions
• Ensure accurate orders
• Resolve customer concerns


Qualification:
• Strong customer service background with solid phone experience required
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Have excellent verbal skills
• Able to learn and retain current microbiology vocabulary
• Previous experience in the medical field a plus.
