Debra Manning Dutko, Magellan's director of human resources, has more than 20 years of experience managing the human resources function in high-technology scientific instrumentation environments. As director of human resources for ESA, and previously as human resources administrator at Coulter Systems Corporation, she has developed and implemented key HR programs and practices requiring in-depth knowledge and practical experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor law, and employee relations.
