Stephen Ibbitson joined Magellan as director of information technology in March 2005 with the charge of guiding Magellan and its businesses through the process of implementing a company-wide eBusiness Suite solution to manage and keep track of all aspects of the its business – from accounting and finance to order entry, supply-chain management, manufacturing, customer service, and HR support. Previously, he was director of business development and consulting for Triniti Corporation, a leader in business process consulting, services, and engineered solutions for the technology manufacturing and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Triniti, Mr. Ibbitson held numerous supply-chain management, operations-management, and information-technology management positions with GE, PerkinElmer, and PRTM Management Consultants. He holds a BS in industrial engineering / operations management from Syracuse University, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
