Growth strategy
Our goal is to deliver strong and consistent revenue growth by providing innovative products and services to an expanded customer base internal growth and through acquisitions. We believe we can deliver through a multi-pronged growth strategy comprising four elements:
But a company's success should not be measured by revenue growth alone. Our goal is to deliver profitable growth, and continually enhance the bottom line. We will invest substantial resources in R&D, in people, and in necessary infrastructure all that's required to build a world-class company but we plan to do it smart! How? By our unwavering commitment to quality and to improving how we do things each and every day. By sharing company-wide the strengths, skills, and resources that abound in each of our companies. And by exploiting the opportunities that come from scale; a growing $80 million company has prospects that would be beyond the reach of a smaller enterprise.
